Excellent value for money and close enough to centre to walk; 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking can be a problem but after the first night we were given a space in the hotel garage round the corner. Best if you have a small car. Our room 414 was spacious enough for 3 nights with a balcony and a very modern bathroom.

It was very nice and confortable, the rooms were modern and had every facility, breakfat was really good. They rent bikes so you can visit the city faster! But anyway, its just a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo, which I think is the main attraction, the hotel is close to a supermarket and different shops, cafes and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is pretty kind and helped me with everything i needed.Totally recommended!

The Hotel is located in the best location in Siena. The view from our balcany room was incredible. The owner of the hotel is on property and is focused on your comfort and satisfaction. The hotel is an amazing value. There is no lift, but, the owner assisted me both in and out of the property. He made a point to be there at 5:45 AM to assist me on my departure! We love this place. We hope to return to Siena and Albergo Centrale.

As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a typical Italian city centre budget hotel staff were all family and treated us very well. Location is ideal for sight seeing and facilities in Florence. Not a luxury hotel, but hard to find any fault with place or service or price.

I missed one train from pisa to poggibonsi at that night, and made the arriving time to 0100 am. I called the hotel and they waited me until that time. They are really nice!
And it is really near the station, can get on the bus to Siena and San Gimignano easily. -

We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.
