  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place. Close to Soccer Stadium good clean rooms, good clean toilets, many toilets. clean towels. supermarket right next to hostel. good kitchen with microwave good breakfast of bacon, eggs, fruit juice, cereal, fruit,coffee. friendly, helpful, english speaking reception s... vad folk säger » taff laundry free computers and wifi free telephone call home, but it didn't work on second day.:) ironing board library will recommend to all, even f - Hostel was quite far from Firenze SMN (central station), but reachable by bus in 10 minutes or taxi (10 EUR). Breakfast and dinner were cheap but decent, especially dinner (many delicious dishes with a glass of wine for only 9 EUR, unbeatable offer). Groceries and ticket office right in front of the hostel.   Ostello San Frediano was right within the walls of Lucca, a wonderful Italian medieval city. There are cafes and shops around the corner and a beautiful old church to admire right next door. Our room was actually on two levels with two single beds downstairs and a double with bathroom and a good shower upstairs. There were marble floors, high ceilings and many lounge areas, wi-fi in the lobby only and the staff were h - A great place to chill out and close to the wall for some exercise. liked the quietness and laid back atmosphere with plenty of room to spread out to catch up on Emails, reading etc. Sami who ran the private eating area adjacent to the foyer, was very helpful and friendly when i told him I was a veggo. wouos definitely stay here again and also recommend to others.
