Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.

What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. If you want a peaceful holiday this is the hotel to go. The proprietors were very helpful and pleasant. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

It was in a very beautiful setting and we had lovely walks and a lovely dinner. The breakfast buffet was very nice and again we had no complaints. The staff was very helpful. - Their helpfullness, friendliness and the whole experience will bring us back again
