  Outstanding value for your money! The apt. Is just a door away from agrocery store making utilizing the kitchen very easy. The parking isvery secure... Most of the facilities are modern... Even a modernwashboard/sink/drying rack area for doing a quick set of unmentionablesand kids clothes (w brought our 2 and 3 year old kids). Highly recommendthis ... vad folk säger » place!!! Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

  The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. - Very friendly staff and eager to help.   We spent three nights in this very comfortable and clean B&B. It isn't a five star hotel with all the facilities but it's a great little B&B conveniently located in Florence. Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. Beautiful room in nice old villa in medieval town, a very romantic place with terraces, flowers, trees, beautiful view, excellent diner by master Lucca, magical.   This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Perfect breakfast with very good lavazza cappuccino. Excelent service! We rented bikes to enjoy old part of Lucca and it - Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

  great place for families, only a short distance from the sea for a great value! Quiet atmosphere with a great pool and all the amenities we needed! Would definitely stay there again! - Excellent location for our needs. Only 2 pans and no kettle though was poor.

  All the staff, namely Julia, were excellent and truly made the experience an unforgettable one. The owner was very friendly and obviously took great pride in the property and the guest experience. Luckily this was the night the weekly Dinner/Degustation was held and we were able to participate. For 39 Euros we got a good dinner with very good wines (a lot of them in fact) in a very friendly environment. If you can, stay more than one night!
