Vineyard to the left and olive grove to the right as you enter. Fantastic views of the landscape from the room, pool and dining area. Staff are all helpful and friendly including the chef. We had dinner one evening and it did not disappoint. All amazing I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

A pleasant oasis with a spectacular view of the historic walled hill
town of San Gimignano, I Pini has lots to offer and is very good value.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early
despite the fact that they are also working in the vineyards during the
day. We wandered around town and then relaxed by the pool enjoying a

I loved this place. Everything was superb. Swimmingpool is situated next to the olive trees and has a great view to San Gimignano. You can drink their own wine from I Pini and relax in beautiful scenery. Also breakfasts were very good- specialy pancakes with cinnamon;)

Property is located on its own hillock and so has 360 degree view of surrounding Tuscan landscape. The family that runs the facility are very nice and go out of way to assist. One day we lost our way and ended up in an industrial area having no taxi. Simona came all the way to pick us up. Thanks. -

It was a unique setting and property. We would recommend staying here and cant wait to return one day this time for longer. - Beautiful old villa in Italian garden with lovely rooms and views. The atmosphere and staff were charming and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were happy to accept my feedback on condition of bathroom.

Wonderful owners, gorgeous remote location with simple clean rooms. We had a wonderful bathtub and a veranda patio. We loved this beautiful 'home from home' country hotel. Guido and Martina were wonderful hosts, friendly but not intrusive. The views are incredible. We recommend the home-cooked dinner! The bedrooms have a chic yet rustic feel, with high quality linens and toiletries. Swimming pool looked nice but we didn't try it.

The hotel, its acres of gardens and spa are all absolutely exquisite.
There is a superb swimming pool with glorious views over Tuscany. It all feels quiet as there are so few rooms.
The staff are all charming and very unstuffy for such a high end hotel.
Highly recommended for a special break. -

We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!

If you want to see real Toscana you should come to this place. Small and very private apart hotel on a hill right above Florence. You will admire the olive gardens and all the beauty of the nature around you. You can also buy a bottle of olive oil and Lemoncello produced by the owners from the same graden. We were a group of 7 family members traveling through Italy. This was by
far the most impressive property we stayed at. The owners, Paolo &
Carla were extremely helpful, generous and accommodating during our 4-
night stay. The views and serenity of their Villas are most impressive.
