  We stayed at Villa Cora in July which was a pretty hot season in Florence. And Villa Cora has an amazing pool area which is a huge advantage among the best hotels in Florence. Chill by the pool after a great day at the museums. It's just fantastic. Staff is professional. Food is good. One of the best hotels we have ever been. And believe - The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed. The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening. Great stay in a beautiful place.

  The Castiglione del Bosco was absolutely amazing. A must stay if visiting Tuscany. The winery is amazing, as is their wine (the '04 Brunello is like sipping Heaven).   This was our second visit. It is romantic--dinner sitting on the Arno is a very special experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.   Nothing much to say; excellent 5 star hotel. Some minor deficiencies are due to the hotel being a renovated Medici palace. - Reception staff was truly amazing. the hotel is stunning, both interior and the park.

  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.
