  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortablefor our family of four. The view from the bedroom provided a wonderfulTuscan sunset.   The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.   EVERYTHING except the parking (we were in Pienza over the May Day holiday, which made this problem acute (since we needed to park near to the hotel due to the wheelchair). In addition, repairs were being made to the side road, where the parking spots were located, which exacerbated the problem.
