  Absolutely superb from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The setting is beautiful, very serene and with a wonderful relaxed ambience. Alberto was the most charming and welcoming host, and we noticed that every aspect of the hotel had been very carefully thought through to ensure no detail was overlooked. There were lovely little details li - Perfect place for relaxing near historical city of Montepulciano (1 km). Alberto, the host, was very helpful, great breakfast and beautiful garden circumstances. Great restaurant La Grotta was only 0,5 km from the hotel.

  This is a wonderful accommodation. The views are stunning, and the rooms are really really excellent. There are many small details which leave a lasting memory: bedding and towels beautifully monogrammed with the villa's logo, dressing gowns carefully placed in antique wardrobes, fruit and linen napkins left for a snack, personally wrapped slipper... vad folk säger » s, and....the most exquisite breakfast imaginable. Local preserved meats, excellent cheeses, yoghurts on ice, fresh bread, fine sweet pastries...undou - Absolutely loved this place. Big room with a fantastic bed. Nice bathroom and it was all very clean. Hotel is nice and isolated, but there is a great restaurant just a short walk away. Didn't use the pool or hot tub due to the weather, but they both looked decent. If you are out here at the right time of year, and walking back from the restaurant at night, keep your eyes peeled for fireflies. Amazing

  We were a family of 4, 2 children and 2 adults. All of us loved staying here. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The accommodation was spotless and very spacious. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscan hill towns and Pienza. The breakfast served every morning ( and we stayed for 5 days ) was amazing. The girls played outside, when we were home - very spacious - Incredibly picturesque setting, the view looks as though the buildings and trees in the distance were placed in the position they are for your sole benefit. Francesco and his family make you feel fabulously at home, cooking you delicious cakes for breakfast leaving wine and oil made on the farm in your fridge and giving you tours off their olive oil factory. So overall we had some heartwarmi - We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!

  Amazing place, beautiful scenery. Clean, spacious room. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels and bed linen. The owner was so generous with recommendations. The house is 8km from the hot spring. The information the owners provide are detailed in dinner recommendations etc. the breakfast was fresh and all homemade. We would recommend this farm stay.... vad folk säger » - This was our second stay at I Lapi in as many years. Just as last time, we were not disappointed. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and as many others have mentioned - great breakfast! Certainly a place to come back to!

  Absolutely beautiful property and scenery. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - even picked us up and dropped us off from the bus stop when our car rental fell through. We also received a surprise upgrade to a fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment when we only asked for one room with a double bed and a view. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options and it was - The service was impeccable. Andrea & Simone were excellent hosts to my husband & I, answering any questions we had and making sure we had a great experience. The villa was very clean, quiet and after visiting other parts of Italy, my husband and I both agree it was our favorite place to stay. We got excellent restaurant and area information from Andrea & Simone. The level of service they provided made us feel like family, and we would highly recommend staying at Villa Talente to all
