  This was our second visit. It is romantic--dinner sitting on the Arno is a very special experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.   We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. .   The location was beautiful, breath taking views of vineyards, the property was well manicured, very Tuscan. The rooms were large and airy and they had a lovely swimming pool and spa. Good collection of wines - From the check-in until the check-out it felt like home because everybody is working with great hospitality.

  Lovely classic hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff were very attentive and warm. Only stayed one night en route to Firenze but would have enjoyed to stay longer. Highly recommended. - The staff were very courteous and professional and helpful. Shuttle to and from town was really useful.

The hotel staff were simply magnificent and were always looking to help us with, for example, directions for days out of Florence, booking train tickets to Rome and restaurant reservations. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the serving of drinks and aperitivo in the library was a nice touch..
