The grounds are gorgeous, rooms comfotable and meals generous. I don't speak a word of Italian but still managed to communicate well enough with the sisters. It's nice to end the day of seeing Florence's sights with an evening here - stay for a dinner one night too. The bus into town is about 10min walk - so take a taxi there from station (about 12euro) if you've got baggage then jump on the bus the other days. I loved it here.

The staff was incredible!!! everyone was so kind and accommodating. you could tell they loved florence and were very happy to share with you suggestions, tips, and itineraries. By far my favorite experience in Italy!!! Beautiful room and very very clean. I felt safe and in the heart of everything… i look forward to going back and staying here agai

The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

The view was fantastic and the location was nicely tucked away from the busier areas. The close proximity to the beach was another plus. We stayed in early June during the week before high season really started and it was perfect. The beach was quiet and water was cool, but not too cold to swim in. Location, despite with a slight distance from center, is great. And, it's only minutes from the sea!
Staff is great and overall first impression is really good. Reception and lounge are nice and welcoming. Breakfast with no problems.
Room is nice and spacious (double). You can even see the sea from your room!
