  The Hotel was walking distance of the Duomo and other famous sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local info and maps. Shopping there was great at the Mercato Centrale. - Staff 100% friendly and helpful. Very central location.

  Personalen och atmosfären plus det fina läget. - The stuff!!! "Il signore" looks like a person from Visconti's movies. He knows everithing about Florence and hotels. Very kind!!! The breakfast was good, the room nice, the situation of the Hotel excellent. The room was clean, the b'fast was good, and the atmosphere was old world charm. Many guest were repeat customers. We enjoyed our stay and the location was very good.

  this place is in a great location, close to the main train station and all the sights. owner was very helpful on sight and train info, he is a really lovely guy. very cheap too - the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very central.

  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 4 Assi and the manager was always helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room is cosy and clean and located in a quiet area of Viareggio super close to the beach.   We loved Vecchio Asilo! Proprietors were so hospitable, served a wonderful breakfast. They recommended a winery restaurant which was nearby and we ended up eating there on both evening we stayed because it was lovely with great food. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. There is beautiful countryside around and some good walks, as well as breathtaking views of Florence.. There was a very good exhibition of modern sculpture in the main piazza.   I really like the location of the hotel, it is almost at the center of the city and close to the train station. the guy in charge of the hotel was very helpful and kind. he let us know about the attractions of the city showing them on the city map and drawing routes for us. besides he suggested a good restaurant and a nice wine shop. the decora... vad folk säger » tion is another plus. - The receptionist was so helpful, friendly, the location is just amazing, almost everything to see in Florence is walking distance. The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.
