  A very nice, comfortable hotel in a tipical Tuscany 18th century villa. Rooms are very nice and quiet. The pool and the gardens with the idilic Tuscany views are fantastic. Very close, by car 5 min, to the city walls of Cortona. - Close to the city of Cortona, peacefull and convenient either for family with children and couples

  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.

  The location was beautiful, breath taking views of vineyards, the property was well manicured, very Tuscan. The rooms were large and airy and they had a lovely swimming pool and spa. Good collection of wines - From the check-in until the check-out it felt like home because everybody is working with great hospitality.

  The setting, the fabulous view on mellow Tuscan hills, the extras like the "happy hour" where you can nibble for free, the vegetable garden, the cosy lounge and all the art books/catalogues you can leaf through, the pool of course, the location perfectly suited for visiting Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna, Florence and even Lucca. And last but not... vad folk säger » least the utter friendliness of the staff. - The group of eight of us stayed at the hotel as our last stop before leaving Italy to bid final farewell to Tuscany. Set on the hillside of the area, the hotel offers comfortable rooms,perfect views and decent facilities. The dinner cooking was wonderful although the breakfast was a bit light. We certainly enjoyed the stay.

  Loved this hotel. Radda in Chianti is now one of our favorite locations in Italy and this hotel was luxurious. Staff great. Breakfasts great.   This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. The room (our was named on Mozart:) was also perfect-nice decorated, clean and convenient, large comfortable bed and the shower in the... vad folk säger » bathroom was real pleasure. Perfect breakfast with very good lavazza cappuccino. Excelent service! We rented bikes to enjoy old part of Lucca and it - Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

  We spent one night on the way to Elba. Fantastic Tuscan views, peace and total relaxation on the go. Maybe a little hard to get to the destination. I would recommend for people who like detachment from the crowds. Near the 20 to 30 km two wonderful small and charming towns. Good restaurant. The staff couldn't do enough to help you, whether it was about your room, the local towns or where the nicest beaches were. They also spoke very good English. The room was great with everything you could need and was overlooking the valley and Volterra.
