A very pleasant experience all round. I would highly recommend this hotel. It would cater for all kinds of travellers. - This was a super little hotel tucked away in a lnarrow back street and extremely quiet considering it was only a minutes walk to San Lorenzo. Room was spotlessly clean commodious and comfortable. Breakfast could have done with some croissants but apart from that a thoroughly enjoyable stay

  Outstanding value for your money! The apt. Is just a door away from agrocery store making utilizing the kitchen very easy. The parking isvery secure... Most of the facilities are modern... Even a modernwashboard/sink/drying rack area for doing a quick set of unmentionablesand kids clothes (w brought our 2 and 3 year old kids). Highly recommendthis ... vad folk säger » place!!! Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Expensive internet but you can use internet facilities in town.   A very nice, comfortable hotel in a tipical Tuscany 18th century villa. Rooms are very nice and quiet. The pool and the gardens with the idilic Tuscany views are fantastic. Very close, by car 5 min, to the city walls of Cortona. - Close to the city of Cortona, peacefull and convenient either for family with children and couples

  The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was ... vad folk säger » clean and comfy. The only down i can think about is that there should have been a wifi connection with no extra cost. For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.
