  It's location, staff were very helpful and it had free wireless Intrernet upon request. - The hotel was in an amazing location - best I've stayed in in any city. Staff were helpful and friendly without being overpowering. The rooms are a very decent 3-4* standard and spotlessly clean.   The staff was great, the wifi worked really well, the location was excellent for walking to Roma Termini, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. There's also a close metro stop or Roma Termini if you want to metro to Vatican City. A good sized bed, our own shower/toilet and enough room for our luggage. - Near to Colisseum with about 10 minutes leisure walk. Family room huge with living & bedroom. Satellite TV with plenty of channels & you can set it to English language. In room personalised breakfast is very impressed & appreciated. Near to restaurant, mini mart, gift shops & metro station. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... vad folk säger » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  centralt läge - Hotelli oli iloinen yllätys :) Sijainti hyvä, kävely matkan päässä lähes kaikista nähtävyyksistä, kertaakaan ei tarvinnut julkista liikennettä käyttää. 30 asteen helteen jälkeen oli ihana tulla ilmastoituun huoneeseen. Aamiainen oli todennäköisesti kattavampi kuin yleiseensä vastaavissa hotelleissa. (Sämpylät, leikkeleet, jugurtit... vad folk säger » ). Huone oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.   First off, the staff is just amazing. They help you out whenever they can and just go out of their way in doing so. The rooms are a bit smaller than what we've seen in other cities, but they are great-looking and very comfortable. We just didn't feel like getting out of bed. The hotel itself is cozy and sweet, and there's a lovely scent in the air ... vad folk säger » whenever you walk in. Breakfast is small but... - Omg!!! I Via Dei Valeri was an absolute dream! We stayed for 6 nightsand seven days, and the hotel/BandB staff made sure that we werecomfortable at all times. After exhausting days in Rome, we weredelighted to come back to a haven of rest and relaxation at 1 Via DeiValeri. Our room, bed, bathroom, tv, etc. were all amazing. Stay hereand you will surely be pleased by all it has to offer.

  Hotel was close to the main train station and close to the city centre. So we didnt need to use public transport to see all atractions. Our room was in fifth floor and we had terrrace with nice view to Rome. Room and bathroom was clean and the bed and towels were changed every day. Staff was friendly and helpfull.   Great location - close to train station and subway station. Beautiful hotel; large, clean room;wonderful complimentary breakfast in quaint breakfast room.
