  The staff was great, the wifi worked really well, the location was excellent for walking to Roma Termini, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. There's also a close metro stop or Roma Termini if you want to metro to Vatican City. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  We were on our honeymoon and I have nothing bad to say on the hotel. The staff was adorable especially Stano that was very kind and happy all the time. The hotel was just like as the pictures and the room was clean and tidy everyday when we arrived from the city (towels were changed every day). The a/c was good for the heat and the windows were so... vad folk säger » undproof for outside noises. the location was good, not the best but a walk for piazza venezia there u can find buses/tram to every place u want to go - I loved the location, just off Via Fori Imperiali, which cuts through the Forum; you are right there in the centre of Imperial Rome. The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.

  First off, the staff is just amazing. They help you out whenever they can and just go out of their way in doing so. The rooms are a bit smaller than what we've seen in other cities, but they are great-looking and very comfortable. We just didn't feel like getting out of bed. We stayed for 6 nightsand seven days, and the hotel/BandB staff made sure that we werecomfortable at all times. After exhausting days in Rome, we weredelighted to come back to a haven of rest and relaxation at 1 Via DeiValeri. Our room, bed, bathroom, tv, etc. were all amazing. Stay hereand you will surely be pleased by all it has to offer.
