  Lugnt och bra område, smidigt att ta sig till och från stan med tunnelbanan, endast 6 stop. Trevlig personal. - The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

(e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious. The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest. Not only are they warm-hearted, humorous, always ready to help and efficient, they 've also succeeded in turning their air- conditioned and spic-and-span rooms and common kitchen into a place where you feel at home.   We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated.   Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave... vad folk säger » the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

  We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Belvedere. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff in the dinning room. I have to have special food and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for me. Now that is service!!!!! Our room had a large balcony.   The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. The place is very clean and the owners take a lot of pride in ensuring that this is maintained. The rooms were of good size and the facilities were all in very good order. The spa is fantastic. The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail.
