Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. According to their own brochure, they have 3 locations. Me and my daughter stayed 4 nights on the property right opposite the Lancetti station. From the door of the apartment its about 300m to the door of the train (train station is across the street but there is a bit of a walk and 2 mandatory flights of stairs). Tram is 50m away. The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket.
The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service.
I like this location also by the reason of calm.

we absolutely loved the design of the room we had! It was old style Italian with modern ammenities. The view of the lake was beautiful, the breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.
