  Mr Fredico the owner is one of the nicest person you can ever meet. He does his best to make sure your stay is comfortable. The apartments are so clean & looks exactly like the pictures in this site. Wild selection of TV channel.Around the apartments they are few shops & restaurants where you can grab a bite.   We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Belvedere. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff in the dinning room. I have to have special food and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for me. Now that is service!!!!! Our room had a large balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. I would highly reco - The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive.   The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.   Very kind and professional staff, excellent location on lake shore, huge room and bathroom, fabulous breakfast spread (enormous choice of different foods), large secure parking lot - Excellent hotel surrounding. Good service and cosy atmosphere.

  Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only ... vad folk säger » places I've ever stayed in Europe, ( I stay in hotels 6 times a month an travel for a living)...that I'd revisit & stay longer than a week next ti - Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

  Close to village/main wharf but also in a quite street to ensure a great nights sleep. The apartment had a great view of village and surrounding hills and the sundeck on the roof had awesome views of the lake. The apartment itself was very clean, light / roomy and the kitchen was well fitted out for cooking (ie pots and pans, gas stove, and a kett... vad folk säger » le). The hosts were very helpful and went of their way to assist and answer questions. The Wi-Fi was fast / excellent. The bed was firm and comfortabl - Convenient location, close to center of town, but quiet. Easy to walk everywhere in Bellagio. Free parking just down the street. Well equipped kitchen, but we chose to buy tickets to eat breakfast at a nearby hotel (7.50 euros) where there was an excellent buffet, so most days all we needed for lunch was gelato! No need for an alarm clock - the church bells chime at 7 am and gently remind you of the time every 30 minutes! The residence is run by a mother and daughter, who are very attentive and

Very nice breakfast and food. Very close to Milano center via metropolitana. Very easy to come from airport Bergamo in case you rent the car. Last time I was here with family and we appreciated also very close green park where we passed nice walking with our small daughter.

  Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits. Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help. Room was spacious and equipped with a kitchennette. Breakfast is great. Free Wi-Fi makes things even better. - We liked everything about the place except for location.
