  Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Breakfast itself not rich, just a ma - Dear Friends , Hotel Florida is a 3 Stars hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

  This is a newly renovated and lovely furnished hostel, almost a hotel. Excellent and large rooms and bathrooms and a communal kitchen which is well outfitted for cooking. There is a nice BBQ area in the backyard.   Francesco and Silvia were two of the most helpful, genuine and friendly people I have met! They helped with any onward travel queries I had, as well as helping with things to do around the Como area and gave lifts up or down the hill when ever I asked.   The hostel is in an incredible location with rooms that look out over the spectacular lake como and the mountains in the background. The staff are wonderful and make you feel right at home as well as sharing any knowledge of the area that might help in your further travels in the area or beyond. The food is also top quality at a reasonable price! - Excellent location, beautiful lake view and friendliness of staff compensate all inconvences of staying in a hostel.
