We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

The receptionist recommended superb local reasonably priced restaurants.We couldn't have asked for more. - The staff could not have done any more to help us during our stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Standard of accommodation exceptional, we had a suite with private terrace which was worth the extra cost. Hotel staff helped with making recommendations for dinner then making reservation for us, which was helpful as many of the good restaurants were reservation only.

No change from last year. Still a fantastic location and a really beautiful hotel. The owners and staff really made every effort to make our stay memorable and suceeded. The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day.
The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.
The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive.
