We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We
were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if
we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is
very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is

Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

One of the best hotels we have yet stayed in: excellent location (right in the middle of Livigno), friendly and efficient staff, clean, functional and beautiful room, excellent breakfast, free (and good) WiFi. Because it is a no-smoking hotel there was no hint of that horrible stale smoke smell one so often gets in other hotels. -

Fantastic place with superb view of the lake from the end of garden area. Nice swimming pool, ideal place for cooling down after a walk in the hills. Accommodation was luxurious and the food was divine! Great camping facilities also. Thanks for a lovely relaxing break! -

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. -

Our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of a three week holiday in Italy.Management and staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. This is an exceptional family owned & operated hotel, easily accessible by train from Milan.. The family & staff take great pride in this resort which is right on Lake Como. Wonderful location in Bellano (which is usually a quiet village) right on the lakeside. Our room opened onto a balcony that had the lake lapping right underneath it. Great dining room with big picture windows onto lake. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to order by the owner!
