We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Beaufifully situated hotel. Very elegant and spacious rooms, directly on the lake. Very nice and professional crew.Magnificent views. Breakfast always fresh and big variety.

Amazing hotel! Superb location right on lake Garda. Ver dranmatic. Nice pool and you can swim in the lake from thier peir! Lovely terrace. The gourmet restaurant was really excellant although expensive and the sommelier was very helpful - we had a great local red wine (Stelle Sfursat 2009) almost like a Rioja Alta.

I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new
and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind
that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to
practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to
pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was
healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and
bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!
