  Det var det absolut mysigaste hotellet jag bott på. Läget var helt perfekt. 50 steg från Piazzan. minuter att gå om man ville åka buss till nya stan. Badrummet var så otroligt stiligt och stort. Jag kommer varje gång jag åker till Bergamo bo på detta hotell. Dock rekommenderar jag att äta frukost på cafet vid bussterminalen.   Excellent location on the side of Lake Garda. The spa pool was great as we could swim in comfort inspite of the fact that it was raining most of the time. Car parking is provided a few minutes walk away from the hotel but the porter will it take it to / collect it from the car park when required The room was spacious and very well appointed.   As always the service staff is really kind and helpful, its a pleasure to stay with our large dogs which is not so easy around Lake Garda. - I found the staff very friendly, the actual location and the view over the countyside and lake was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

  The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk ... vad folk säger » and there is a strip of bars, shops and restaurants. Not for those looking for a lively nightlife. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant

  Det är ett trevligt mindre lägenhetshotell med fint läge och bra pool. Personalen var mycket serviceinriktad och hjälpsam. Hela familjen trivdes och uppskattade vistelsen där. - I loved the accommodation. Both the living room area and bedroom had patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the lake. The receptionist recommended superb local reasonably priced restaurants.We couldn't have asked for more. - The staff could not have done any more to help us during our stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Standard of accommodation exceptional, we had a suite with private terrace which was worth the extra cost. Hotel staff helped with making recommendations for dinner then making reservation for us, which was helpful as many of the good restaurants were reservation only.

  helpful staff - I prefer to stay in a centrally located hotel even if it is not as luxurious as one that is outside the center so for me this hotel was very good. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Good restaurants nearby. Thanks
