  Bra pris - The restaurant had very good food. I was surprised at how utterly quaint and very well decorated the hotel was. My room was very cozy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. - very amical personnel, even english functionned. The animals and the chlidren playground were very positive. The room was clean and the service good.

The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices. The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time.   Stayed at the Hotel Europa for a week on our first trip to Italy and Lake Garda. Absolutely perfect. I’d booked a room with a lake view so we could look out at the lake every morning and we weren’t disappointed.
