  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings. Standard European hotel, the optimum combination of price and quality, good European Breakfast. Convenient location. I was with a colleague on a business trip, the rooms have given next. The staff of the imperceptible. I was a feeling, that apart from us in the hotel there is none, although the hotel was more than full.

  The hotels décor, finish and controls in rooms are 5 Star we really liked it all. The staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful.The hotel is just the right size -not too big.   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  Very unique hotel, with warm hospitality, excellent restaurant, amazing wine collection. The garden is beautiful, peaceful and romantic with it's breathtaking view to the lake.

  Dyrt, men värt var enda euro, det bästa hotell vi någonsin besökt. Hög klass på restaurangen. Bästa frukosten någonsin vi fått på hotell, ingen buffé här inte, utan servering vid bordet. Engagerad och trevlig personal. - Bra hotell i bra läge bra resturang bra frukost.

  The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle. The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. Take a stroll off the main streets and take the countryside pathways to explore and walk through the park. Boat trips available to sail on the lake. - The locati... vad folk säger » on was ideal. The staff were so accommodating. Our party consisted of 9 family members ranging from one year old to 75. The hotel was beautiful. And since we paid in full a month prior to our stay, the deal was phenomenal.

  Wonderful situation and lovely in the autumn. Marvellous grounds, access to the lake, lots of different places to walk and to enjoy the views.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very peaceful, but walk outside the grounds into Sirmioneand there's lots of activity ! - the Villa Cortine is an outstanding place to simply relax and enjoy life.   We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Everything was fine, the breathless view, the modern large rooms, confortable and well equipped, the SPA, a jewel integraded in a low impact structure, with two fantastic pools (one warm for winter time) and five different saunas... vad folk säger » . - The moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome.   The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk ... vad folk säger » and there is a strip of bars, shops and restaurants. Not for those looking for a lively nightlife. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant
