  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. I have to have special food and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for me. Now that is service!!!!! Our room had a large balcony.   Excellent location on the side of Lake Garda. The spa pool was great as we could swim in comfort inspite of the fact that it was raining most of the time.
