  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not get his nam, but the shuttle driver was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. He was also working as a staff member do delivered towels t... vad folk säger » o our room. The breakfast at the Rege was excellen - The hotel was close to the metro, with a shuttle available. It was a 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo, with easy connections. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was execellent. The hotel was a great value for the rate.

  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time. Will go again for sure... - The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool.   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Belvedere. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff in the dinning room. I have to have special food and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for me. Now that is service!!!!! Our room had a large balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. I would highly reco - The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate
