  Very pleasant and helpful staff in this very modern hotel. Rooms are well appointed if a little starkly white and black in decor. Lovely breakfast served until 11.00 which was welcome as we had had a tiring journey. A glass of delicious white wine, a pot of black tea with lemon, olive - Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent location next to train station, and close to the beach and port for boats to Portofino. Great staff that helped with our plans for exploring Cinque Terre. il Nostromo is a great restaurant in the street infront of the hotel (Tuna Tartar for appetizer, Pistachio crusted fish for main course and Tiramisu for dessert - Best meal of the trip).

Comfortable function room - studio, balcony with a table - for excellent breakfast in the morning=), nice view of the mountains, a sense of authenticity of a small Italian town.   Me and my husband loved everything that this hotel had to offer. The room and the hotel itself were clean, the stuff was very helpful and friendly, especially the young lady called Anna, who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the history of the place and city of Sanremo. The town offers a decent selection of restaurants as well as shopping. Hotel De Paris is situation next to the Casino at the "entrance" to the old town and shopping district.Beachside and habour are a 10-15 walk away.

  This Hotel own beach club is definatly great thing - city beaches is far and crowd. Also there a indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Staff is professional - almost everybody speaks at few languages. Excelsior have two resto and two bars - they are OK, selections of food and wine is enough for foodies and wine lovers. Rooms is clean and big enough - It was just perfect! A really luxurious hotel with it's own beach which is located on the other side of road and you can get there using a roofed-bridge. The food in Eden Roc restaurant was amazing! Usually when abroad I prefer to eat in different places to try more and to see new places, but here I was ready to have every dinner in Eden Roc:) Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (they have also Russian-speaking personnel as well as Russian chennels).   The garden for both breakfast and dinner was magical. Right opposite the promenade you could walk everywhere... And catch the ferry across the bays to cinque Terre, Portofino and St Margarite. Friendly staff who could speak English plus other languages.very very comfortable rooms!   The familiarity of the manager, the choice of the room that pleased usthe most, a better room for the same price because I asked for a bath inmy reservation form. - Room comfortable, we missed breakfast on first morning cos I did not allow for time change. But we enjoyed a very nice breakfast regardless

  The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.

  Everything was super. Highly recommended. Fabio, the host, was extremelly helpful and provided useful travel and eating suggestions. Rooms and facilities are clean and well designed. Nice breakfast. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere and views from the terrace and room balcony. Peaceful location (cca 2 km from Levanto train station - for Cinque ... vad folk säger » Terre). We wish Fabio (as well as Beppe Grillo's Five star movement, which he supports) all the best in the future. - We only stayed one night this time, regretfully, as we were welcomed by Fabbio and made to feel comfortable in his beautifully converted guest house. The views were stunning and it was only a few minutes from the coast. Our apartment was great and we enjoyed our short stay. We will definitely go back in the Spring or Summer.

  Good sized rooms with self catering facilities and a small garden in which we would have thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon drink if the weather had allowed. Similarly, the pool looks lovely but it was too cold to be used.
