Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent location next to train station, and close to the beach and port for boats to Portofino. Great staff that helped with our plans for exploring Cinque Terre. il Nostromo is a great restaurant in the street infront of the hotel (Tuna Tartar for appetizer, Pistachio crusted fish for main course and Tiramisu for dessert - Best meal of the trip).

day trips to many of the small sea side towns or villages in the hills.
The town offers a decent selection of restaurants as well as shopping.
Hotel De Paris is situation next to the Casino at the
"entrance" to the old town and shopping district.Beachside and
habour are a 10-15 walk away.

It was just perfect! A really luxurious hotel with it's own beach
which is located on the other side of road and you can get there using a
roofed-bridge. The food in Eden Roc restaurant was amazing! Usually when
abroad I prefer to eat in different places to try more and to see new
places, but here I was ready to have every dinner in Eden Roc:) Staff is
extremely helpful and friendly (they have also Russian-speaking

The garden for both breakfast and dinner was magical. Right opposite the
promenade you could walk everywhere... And catch the ferry across the
bays to cinque Terre, Portofino and St Margarite. Friendly staff who
could speak English plus other languages.very very comfortable rooms! I
will definitely make this my haven in Europe in future! -

The familiarity of the manager, the choice of the room that pleased usthe most, a better room for the same price because I asked for a bath inmy reservation form. - Room comfortable, we missed breakfast on first morning cos I did not allow for time change. But we enjoyed a very nice breakfast regardless

The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.

Everything was super. Highly recommended. Fabio, the host, was extremelly helpful and provided useful travel and eating suggestions. Rooms and facilities are clean and well designed. Nice breakfast. We only stayed one night this time, regretfully, as we were welcomed by Fabbio and made to feel comfortable in his beautifully converted guest house. The views were stunning and it was only a few minutes from the coast.
Our apartment was great and we enjoyed our short stay. We will definitely go back in the Spring or Summer.
