  Perfect location, only 2 minutes walk away from the Cavour Metro station plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge. Maurizio, the hotel receptionist, was very helpful, friendly and warm.... vad folk säger » He made us feel very welcome. We particularly appreciate him helping us out with ticket purchases and his recommendation to eat at La Cicala (only 5 - Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome.   Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... vad folk säger » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel. With the train station being so easy to access, you would not need to worry about b - Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

  It was fabulous. Very clean chalet. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party. Plenty of room. Pool was amazing. Our 2 year old had a blast in kiddy pool and went up and down waterslide hundreds of times. He could not get enough. The entertainment at night for children was great.   There was a mix up on our arrival (the manager did not realise we were arriving in the morning) so initially we had to wait for an hour for him to arrive. However, once he did arrive, he was lovely and very friendly.   Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. Our pension was just 1/2 block from the entrance to the Vatican Museum so we - Everything about this B&B was perfect. - Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot). - The owner is very friendly. - The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony. - Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone. - Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

  We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe. When asked they arrange a driver or taxi service for us and they were always helpful assisting us with calls for o - Located close to a lot of main major sites, to the old town and to the underground. Very friendly staff. The family appartement is nice and well equipped, with comfortable beds.
