  The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and the food was incredible - Staff were friendly even after a mix up with the Laundry service and the hotel was clean and nice. Location is a bit out of the way but with a car it's manageable. We did day trips to the area. If you like driving hairpin corners this is the location for you!

There is also a pool where I spent some relaxed days! If you dont have a car and come by train, I would advice to take a Taxi! The Hotel is up on a hill and per pedes its very exhausting to get there! The town itself is a good place to stay, if you like to be amoung italians! The most tourists are in Sorrento....

  We spent there only one night, but the hotel with its beautiful gardenwas just great, even in February. Friendly staff, spacious room,comfortable bed etc... The town of Castellammare di Stabia is not verynice, so you have to drive to Amalfi coast to get decent views.   The facility was very clean and room was a good size, staff was accommodating and location was handy to shopping and the trains. - Pleasant friendly and helpful hostess - Roberta. Good spacious well furnished bedroom with plenty of hot water in ensuite. The B and B is good clean budget priced accommodation but in the wrong place! On reflection we would rather have stayed in Sorrento.

  I absolutely loved my stay at Il Pettirosso. Set in the mountains behind the Amafli Coast, it's a true haven away from the main tourist towns. The room was big, spotlessly clean, with what looked like brand new furniture, including two big wardrobes and a good sized desk. I had a huge double bed and a balcony looking over the mountains. There's no menu, which I loved, just three tasty courses with wine and water for a very reasonable price. - Everything about ii pettirosso was fabulous from the welcome to the goodbye, the food was great proper Italian food, Ima and Eguane who own ii pettirosso are great cooks, the room was very spacious, very clean and if you needed anything at all you only had to ask, Marriana spoke very good English and could easily translate as our Italian was nil. This agriturismo was within half an hourish from Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and the port to go to Capri, all of which we did whilst staying in ii pett
