It was cheap, cosy, clean, and the public transport to Venice is great. Really a value for money! - Far from the city, but quite good connection. Free parking for cars. Nice rooms. Friendly staff.

The hotel was about 10 minutes from Mestre and 20 minutes from Venezia.
It was easy enough to find with a little help from the locals. The
facilities in our family room included a small fridge which was perfect
for storing food. The room was clean and towels were provided. There is
a small shop nearby that sells essentials as well as travel passes

an amazing pizzeria next door that sells stone baked pizzas from 3
euros -
It was the basics at a reasonable price. Easy access to the bus into Venice and the bus was a 10-15 minute ride.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was very compact but had all necessities During warm weather the terrace would be wonderful, and would double the space you have. The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Anna who could speak
fluently English( rare amongst italian people we met) and who understood
our situation (cancellation of our flight) and changed the dates.
Pleasant and calm atmosphere. -
1. Very good location: bus stop is just a few meters away from the hotel. A bus will take you to Venice city center in 10 minutes.
2. Very nice and friendly staff.
3. Good breakfast and nice clean comfortable facilities. Vey cosy atmosphere.

The man at reception was so friendly and helpful. We arrived late as we
drove from Milan to Venice. On booking in we received a large bottle of
still water and a map and he took his time explaining the bus extra to
us, which I really appreciated. Before we went I was unsure if I had
stayed out too far from Venice as I could not find out the exact

Wonderful staff that take the time to explain getting to and from Venice in great detail. Received a bottle of water on arrival. Transportation in and out of Venice very convenient with bus stop right across the street from the hotel. Gated parking at hotel although not necessary in this nice neighborhood. Very good restaurant across the street at extremely good prices. We stopped making trips to the grocery store because this restaurant was so good with reasonable prices. Nice breakfast includ
