  The hotel was about 10 minutes from Mestre and 20 minutes from Venezia. It was easy enough to find with a little help from the locals. The facilities in our family room included a small fridge which was perfect for storing food. The room was clean and towels were provided.   The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was very compact but had all necessities During warm weather the terrace would be wonderful, and would double the space you have. The bathroom was very clean and good shower. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good--specializing in seafood with good service. Pleasant and calm atmosphere. - 1. Very good location: bus stop is just a few meters away from the hotel. A bus will take you to Venice city center in 10 minutes. 2. Very nice and friendly staff. 3.   The man at reception was so friendly and helpful. We arrived late as we drove from Milan to Venice. On booking in we received a large bottle of still water and a map and he took his time explaining the bus extra to us, which I really appreciated.
