We were very pleased. - In side the hotel the room was comfortable and warm. The location of the hotel was very central and you can visit a lot of monuments on foot. Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  Excellent location (right next to Termini railway station)...short walking distance from main city-center. The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. The room has a TV, fr - The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi.
