Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.   Excellent location (right next to Termini railway station)...short walking distance from main city-center. The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition.   Very Nice place with very Nice people ! The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too !
