  It was a very clean bed and breakfast place with tidy rooms and a very nice hotelkeeper. The breakfast was delicious, all organic food. Also the location was very good, not right in the center but very easy to walk to. Only ten minutes. The comfort is also great and the price very economical, compared to other hotels and places I stayed in Italy.   I had a small single room which was simple but very clean. Loved the air conditioning. It's super close to the main town square and university quarter. A great value for the price. The staff person spoke English and was very helpful.   I thought the location of the room was excellent. I loved that it took advantage ofr the canal. I felt that in in-house internet was soooo convenient and a reasonable price. - Fantastic location. We had a big room, overlooking the canal, very clean. Nice breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anybody.

  We had two junior suites (both with balconies - request one if you want one). They were spacious, modern, comfortable and immaculate - the maid on our floor cleaned the place as if it were her own house. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. (They even put an Easter "card" and gift in both our rooms!) It is our second time arriving after midnight to the hotel as we land with ryanair very late. 10 minutes ride from the airport, we were welcomed by a young man who gave us for the price of 66 euros ( a regular double room) an apartment ! with a seperate kitchen, very spacious main room, shower and bath all new and possibly the best bed one can find in a hotel( they obviously invested in the good sleep of their guests )

  Allt - Excellent staff (spoke fluent English), very clean and perfect location. - all staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. the hotel was perfectly situated close enough to walk to the centre of bologna and far enough so you got a proper feel for the area.
