  This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++.   The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas.   The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area. The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed.   very clean, very helpful staff, including a bag breakfast on our departure morning. very customer focused - The hotel is very well positioned in Venice. It is in a quiet area, but is also only a short walk to the major sights. Best of both worlds.

  A lovely comfortable warm room. Very small as it was a single but with a double bed and a canal view. Spotlessly clean. En suite immaculate. Clean towels and linen daily. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

  Staff is very nice, friendly, eager to help and go extra step-and-mile. They are all fluent in English Whenever I would stop at the lobby and ask for a cup of coffee or tea they never said "no". Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.

  The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Ca'Fortuny is also very close to several restaurants and shops - an ideal location! - Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

  The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was certainly not expected, but very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice. We have already recommended Antica Casa Coppo to our friends. - Lovely small hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a quiet but central position. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice
