This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area.
But it was well furnished and we had the canal view, which was lovely.
But the bed was extra- large and very comfy.

Very central boutique hotel within 5 mins of St Marks......loved the gondolas passing the door of the hotel & some had singers/guitar players ....the singing was brilliant !!!
The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!!

very clean, very helpful staff, including a bag breakfast on our departure morning. very customer focused - The hotel is very well positioned in Venice. It is in a quiet area, but is also only a short walk to the major sights. Best of both worlds.

Small hotel but beautifully presented. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was certainly not expected, but very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice.

Lovely small hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a quiet but central position. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice
