The hotel has a restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. Not far away is the bus stop where you can go to the center and to the Vatican. The rooms are clean. Friendly staff. The receptionist is very friendly and speaks English. I would like stay here again!

The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi.   Location: B& b Oasis is just a short 10 -15 minute walk from Termini Station - - making it so convenient to catch a train from Rome to another city as well. Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. Her ability to run this B&B for 17 years (according to her) while charmingly conversing with her guests ... vad folk säger » from different countries and emotionally connecting with many (me included) reflects her exceptional people skills and extraordinary communication cap - Olga was a very friendly and had a very warm personality, even though she couldn't speak English well. Nevertheless, she made my wife and I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee they served was the best
