  The room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and very helpful - Rooms should be re-fresh to maintain the 5 stars ! Rooms in front of themain station are too nuisy !

  Fantastiskt bemötande av personal och villiga att ordna allt man ville ha. Blev uppgraderade till Penthouse-lägenheten alla dagar vi var där pga något litet elektriskt fel på vårt rum. - The location and views are excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.   Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Location isn't bad especially considering it's so close to the Termini metro sta... vad folk säger » tion but it doesn't feel very centrally located so you need to train it most places. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

  everything was perfect , very beutiful rooms and very big , the whole hotel was huge , great location and very close to all atractions in rome and shopping areas . a very nice shop at the reception with designers bags . - The rooms (we had four) were all large and very well appointed.
