We visited Rome as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our flight from the
us was canceled so we missed the first night and arrived to Rome early
in the morning. The sweet lady at the front desk could not have been
more helpful or kind. She bumped us up to a room with a better view, let
us get breakfast while we waited and then got us into our room as soon
as she could. The hotel is so close to the Coliseum and was in a quiet

Absolutely everything! It surpassed our expectations. We had a lovely room with a cozy sitting area. The breakfast was such a fantastic assortment of foods. The staff were so friendly and heplful; recommendations on where to eat, etc. It added to our visit to Rome. Would definitely stay there again.

My favourite thing about Amalfi by far was the absolutely lovely and wonderful lady who runs the breakfast buffet. She obviously takes so much pride in her work and is so friendly, bubbly and full of energy every morning. She goes to extra lengths to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated and gives a veritable tour of the buffet when the guests come in! What a lovely lady, thank you so much.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was able arrange an extra nights
stay after we missed our flight at short notice. Room was good size for
3 adults. The Hotel was close to the central station and easy to find,
even with the hotel that close it was not affected by any noise. There
are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets adjacent to the hotel
offering a varied choice and at good prices. Will stay there again.

The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed. - Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc.
Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. Everything stays open late anyway. Would definitely recommend doing
