I had such a great time here! The place is very clean and comfortable.
The décor is absolutely amazing and inviting. It makes you feel very

Great location, very easy to find, just few meters away from Grand
Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very
clean hostel. Big space where you can hang out. I came during off
season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur.
Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one
very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just
perfect, coffee, croissant, bread, jam. Definitely coming back again!

Läget och personalen - The hotel room overlooked the lagoon and had two small balconies. It was a few minutes from the water bus stop so easy to find on arrival and also close to St Marks square. We wish we would have stayed for two nights.The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was the usual cold meats and breads.

Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip
through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly
renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his
wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly,
telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes
and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo
Spirito was fairly good value for city.

Before our arrival we got informative e-mails how to find the place and they were very helpful.
Everything was good, the Rose room was very beautiful. There are total of three rooms and two bathrooms to share, which was totally OK. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square.
Fortunately there was the option to leave your luggage in the apartment and pick them up

Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. Lady managers very hospitable and accommodating. Rushed to get room ready as we arrived early and gave us coffee etc while we waited. Gave us map of city and pointed out highlights re eating and main attractions. Room made up daily with nice fresh towels and water provided in fridge.
