  The apartment was very well presented and clean and situated in a perfect location for exploring. It was also very close to the water bus and taxi service. The kitchenette was very much appreciated and the plasma screen TVs in each room and well apponted bathroom suite were ideal for an extremely comfortable and relaxing family holiday. The apartment we stayed in was new and very well appointed and was a delight to stay in and we intend to return to this hotel on our next visit to Venice as we all enjoyed it immensely even if Venice flooded slightly while we were there and the restaurant flooded a bit as well it was all in the experience.

  The hotel is basic but really good value for money. The decor is dated but is really clean and tidy. We had cleaners come into the room daily swept moped and clean towels and sheets. The hotel is basically on the front of the canal about 1min walk from san marco square. Everybody was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags for several hours after we checked out so we could sightsee until it was time to catch our train.

  The location was fabulous! Only minutes from the vaporetto stop and San Marco plaza. Our room had a small balcony over looking the rooftops with a view of the Grand Canal and the towers of San Marco plaza. The hotel was clean and well appointed - staf - The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop.   location was great very close to San Marco Square and just beside vaparetto stop so very easy to find and for lugging bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage stored on our last day as our flight was not until that night. Great choice of breakfast to set us up for the day.
