The hotel is basic but really good value for money. The decor is dated but is really clean and tidy. We had cleaners come into the room daily swept moped and clean towels and sheets. the water taxi (Vaporetto). Everybody was friendly and helpful. They
allowed us to store our bags for several hours after we checked out so
we could sightsee until it was time to catch our train.

Läget och personalen - The hotel room overlooked the lagoon and had two small balconies. It was a few minutes from the water bus stop so easy to find on arrival and also close to St Marks square. distance. This is a family run, apartment kind of hotel with no
reception. You ring the bell and sign in in the upper communal area. Our
friends stayed in a three star hotel down the road and we were not
allowed in to have some rest with them but instead was treated like
animals. This one didnt mind and everyone was allowed to join the
