  Wonderful hotel. A luxury B&B. Attended by Mr. Newton who is excellent! Helpful, kind, well educated. The breakfast is good and enough. The location at Piazza Navona is just perfect. Many buses and all the important places at walking distance. - Great location, quiet building despite location right on Piazza Navona. Rooms were adequate size & bathrooms were modern. Breakfast, while not gourmet was adequate way to start the day. This is a residential/ business building where 1 floor has been converted into hotel rooms. There is no staff on duty or a front desk. The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.

  The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost.   We really enjoyed our stay - sleek, modern facilities hidden in inside an old, regal-looking building. We really liked walking through the door into the cool stone entrance hall and stairwell after a long day of walking around in the heat. Also, great location!   I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable.
