Breakfast, while not gourmet was adequate way to start the day. This is a residential/ business building where 1 floor has been converted into hotel rooms. There is no staff on duty or a front desk. The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.

  The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. The hotel is in a great location close to The Vatican and to the Historico Centro and the beautiful Piazza Navona .The room was lovely and most importantly the bed was comfortable. I spent such a long time researching a hotel for their trip that was in budget,good l
