  Excellent Location - Easy to find, good central location. The Hotel Staff were very proficient. Room and bathroom ( showers rather smallish ) was large by comparison to others in Italy

  Clean, friendly family run hotel. Good location near beach and lots of great restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast. We had an apartment, which was quite comfortable. Our daughter and son in law had a large room with a balcony in the main hotel, which was very nice. - Good views. Cooking facilities. Close to bus stop.

  The location is good as well as the facilities: you get a huge terrace of your own that goes with the room. And the beach is really close, although the public beach itself is poor. For better service it is recommended to walk to any private beach nearby. And the parking is a relief in that area. It is also very easy to find with lots of signs lead... vad folk säger » ing to it. - Very helpful staff, set in a friendly neighbourhood with direct access to the coast and a number of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Bus ride to the centre of Genoa quite easy.

  Very good customer service by the reception staff particularly Chiara. Most of the time, she is manning the reception by herself and delivers excellent job professionally with friendly manner. It helped me to be relaxed in a strange city. Her English is excellent and did her best to explain. All questions asked were answered being new in Genoa. I made my return trip to Le Spezia and explored Cinque Terre - Riomaggior - The best Holiday Inn hotel that I ever stayed in . Everything is fantastic and it is underrated, in comparison it can take over many, many 5* hotels. I normally not writing reviews after my holidays (only if it was really bad or excellent... ) but this hotel and all his staff are deserved a lot more than my words!! Congratulation!   This is not your everyday Best Western! The hotel is new, modern, clean, classy and comfortable. You would think you were in a more expensive hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and competent. The room was very comforable. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were very good. It is a short bus or taxi ride to the center of Genoa from the hotel. Easy to - The concierge Gloria was most helpful. When my son missed his flight she was very comforting and provided a room for the next night with no problem. The hotel was within walking distance to great shopping and a fantastic and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding as were the shower and beds. I also appreciated the free drive from the airport to the hotel as taxis are outrageously expensive.
