  We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Later the gentleman on reception was just as helpful and kind with his superb restaurant recommend... vad folk säger » ation for dinner. The location and room were great for what we wanted - central, easy and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly rec - Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

The staff were courteous and helpful, even to the point of retrieving a lost cardigan from the Villa Carlotta and posting it on.   Central läge - location was fantastic, english-speaking staff very friendly and helpful with regards to trains, ferries where to find things, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Considering the last-minute booking, we found that we got good value for our money - i found all the staff extremely helpful and spoke excellent English
