  My wife and I were greeted by Mr. Francesco Andreoil ( Direttore ). From the moment we arrived he made us feel very comfortable. He assigned us a beautiful sea view room which was amazing. He also had one of his staff drive our car into the private garage as the space is very tight. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant around the corner ... vad folk säger » from the hotel Polpo Mario,and the food and service was excellent!!. We can recommend this hotel with absolute no hesitation. We hope to return soon. - We have stayed here many times, every time we stay it's always such a calm, relaxing and luxurious hotel to stay in. The staff are always friendly and kind (they gave us a free upgrade too) but the location of the hotel, right on the beach in this lovely quiet location is perfect! Breakfast right overlooking the little bay is beautiful and a great start to any day or holiday.

  Mycket trevlig personal, överraskade min man på hans 50-års dag. Rent och snyggt överallt - rummen städades noggrant. Har ingenting att klaga på. - The hotel is like an old castle with a lot of paintings and antiquefurnishings; it has a private park with a path along the ocean, it'sfairly long and very well maintained; breakfast selection was great... vad folk säger » ;there is an elevator to the hotel from the street level, so there is noneed to climb all the way to the hotel; it's also easy to reach CinqueTerra from Sestri Levante by train. - In this Hotel everything is high class! The staff endeavours to help you planning your out things. The rooms are superb etc. One gets spoiled.

  We loved this charming, beach-front hotel. The food was exquisite (breakfasts included) and the service was amazing -- Mario and Carolina at the front desk could not have been more helpful to us during our stay. Since the tourist office was closed during our stay, we found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful to us in our desire to see Cinque... vad folk säger » Terre. We were advised to ask for rooms 31 or 32 as they provided a view of the beach and the hotel was happy to accommodate our request. - It was really a great hotel. At the most beautiful side of Sestri, nearby everything. Clean chamber, very friendly staff, beautiful inside with everywhere seats to read (the chamber is not a chamber to stay during the day). Sitting somewhere in the garden there is no need to buy drinks etc. You can decide it yourself. Very good breakfast.

  We had some great experiences there with the locals and the staff was very accommodating in guiding us through maps to find our destination. It helped that the owner and staff was able to speak english enough to understand us Americans. Of course it was rather comical when my husband and I saw the sign that said lift and assumed that was what they... vad folk säger » meant we were supposed to put our luggage on talk about laughter as it started up the belt along side the hotel, lets just say that's not what they m - Friendly staff, good location (near beach, railway/road) easy to go both North (Genova, Portifino) and South (Cinque Terre). Although the railway was only 3-400 m from the hotel, noise was never a problem. Good parking facilities, reasonable breakfast.

  Although the location was good being near sea, we found the accommodation very basic. The staff were helpful. - nothing it was an abused property worth about 20 Euros/night.

  Luxurious hotel in beautiful Sestri Levante. Nice rooms with all the facilities. Most of the rooms are not in the old building, but in a newer annex in the garden. Very nice swimming pool, lots of beds. In the sun or in the shade. Nice park. Excellent breakfast.
