  The shuttle response was excellent. They arrived 10 mins after we called them from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful.The next morning at 5:45am for our 6:00am departure, we were greeted by a smiling, beautifully made up woman, who served us a great cappucino and apple cake. There was nine of us in our party and everyone of us had the best time!! Food was great, rooms were lovely and warm. Would definitely go back and stay at La Pista!

  Nära Malpensa flygplats - We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). Everyone was extremely helpful and breakfast was great! - It was very easy to get the hotel's shuttle from the airport and I was very courteously received at the hotel. It was a great way to spend a night after traveling for about 20 hours by air.

  The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was decorated very modern and fun. The chef/ food was excellent, and we really liked the open kitchen where you could see her cooking. Wi- fi avail, which for us is so important being from another country to get all our traveling times and ticket info and - It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

  Placering lite off - The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and although fairly close to the autostrada and 3 km from the airport, we were not disturbed by any noise. It was very convenient for our early flight back to the UK. - We arrived late and left early the next morning, but we had no... vad folk säger » complaints about the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and the very large room and even larger bed was perfect for our needs. Would stay there again if travelling via Milan Malpensa.

  We liked everything about this hotel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was new, beautiful, stylish design and spotlessly clean. It was only 5- 7 minutes from the airport, but so much nicer than staying in an airport hotel for 2-3 times the price. They also had shuttle service.Just perfect! - The owner/manager went out of his way to ensure that I enjoyed my stay; he made certain that I had the dining experience I wanted (fine food, very attractive restaurants, excellent price, arranged transportation); shuttle service to airport was included in cost of room. The hotel was new, lovely wood floors, attractive furniture and appliances, comfortable bed, top-notch temperature control.

  I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The resta... vad folk säger » urant is also very nice and tasty. - Everything! :) The cleanliness of the room, the amenities, the modern decor, the room service was top notch, the hotel staff was also very helpful and polite. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.
